The always adored “Deck of Cards” Workout

Today's "Deck of Cards" workout was a little different and definitely challenged my clients. Today I inserted jogging in place of burpees.  

I want to create fun, safe, effective, and challenging workouts when designing sessions. My goal is that clients get the most out of their 45 minutes with me while improving their health and ability to accept life's challenges.

The July classes start this Monday.

We meet on the border of Pasadena and Altadena.

July Camps 2023 

No Classes on July 4th

Monday - Wednesday - Friday Camps - $165 for 13 Classes

Tuesday and Thursday Camps - $135 for 8 Classes

$20 Per class drop-in 

Morning Classes: 5:45 am - 6:30 am 

Evening Classes: 6:00 pm - 6:45 pm

Class: Each session is 45 minutes in length.
