We may not train on Monday, but I’m sharing some videos from my Instagram to give you a boost and some inspiration.
I want to congratulate my sister-in-law, who has lost over 48 pounds in the last 9 months. She achieved this while going through the Eaton Fire with us and being displaced since January.
How did she do it?
Early morning Boot Camp class 3 times a week.
30-60 min walks 5-6 days per week.
And reasonably sized healthy meals.
No pills, no shots.
