How Many Hours of Sleep do You Get?

Focus on Getting Enough Sleep

It's not glamorous or sexy, but getting sufficient sleep is critical to your success in losing fat.

My current sleep data shows that I typically average about 7.5 to 8 hours a night.

I know that by sleeping enough, my day will flow properly. I'll train harder, crave fewer carbs, and my focus is right on target.
