Fat Burning Cardio Workout

March 5, 2009 Here's a great video example of a fat burning cardio program that I've been suggesting to my clients for a long time.
These are sprints for 20 seconds and then rests for 10. Back and forth between work and rest for a total of 5 minutes (or 10 total sprints).
You may need to work up to this program.
