What I Eat For Breakfast

Many times I'm asked what I eat...so I had my son take a few pictures of my breakfast today.  What you'll see below is some natural peanut butter (1-2T), my mate (in the green and white bag), some cantaloupe, some turkey bacon, and some walnuts.  I also had a small pre-workout drink that didn't make the picture.  I didn't measure out anything.  Just a little bit of fruit, a small handful of walnuts, and some protein.
