Focus: Groin stretches focused (for motorcycle rides)

Equipment needed:

Kettlebell, slider, foam roller

Warm-up:

  1. Standing groin stretch, split stance, one foot pointed straight ahead, and the other pointed to 12 o’clock.

  2. Seated TKD - bottoms of feet together

  3. Standing squat, feet wide, toes pointed out.
