Just a Couple of Quick Things

Secondly my son Sean and I will be riding the bike portion of the Pasadena Marathon. November 16th  You won't catch me running, but we'd love for you to join us in biking the marathon course.

You May Not Want to Read This

You may not want to hear this...

Don't expect a novel here as we don't have time to mess around.

No fluff, no filler.

It does take a lot to lose weight, fat specifically.  You may have to stretch way outside your comfort zones.  You may have to take RISKS.  You might even fail in some way or another during the process.

It takes a lot to lose fat.  Damn straight.  Many in my industry would like to sell you otherwise, but you can't believe them.

You're bound to get frustrated, confused, stuck, and discouraged.  You aren't the only one.

And that sucks, but that's life.  It's the way things work.  You have to get up, dust off, and get your butt back into exercising.

Let me tell you something.  It costs 1,000 times more if you don't lose the fat.

Sure it can be tough getting up and running.  And when things go south on you, it's tempting to throw in the towel.

But what will your life and your health be like five years from now if you don't tough it out?

Where will you be?  Same body?  Same health problems?  Same tired and worn out feeling?  Will you possibly go BACKWARDS?

It takes a lot to be fit and lose that unwanted fat.

But if you think about it, you have no choice but to do it.

The cost of not losing the fat is almost immeasurable.  The cost of living a life unfulfilled.  The cost of being trapped in a body you hate.  The cost of looking in your loved one's eyes and saying "I can't play with you because I am too tired, or I feel embarrassed to go with you because of my weight..."

So which path will you choose?

Will you live as a tiger or a lamb?

I know you've been overloaded with diets, but let me get right to the point...The Diet Solution Program, by Isabel De Los Rios, is a winner.

As a trainer I've seen them all, but the simple fact of the manner is that the "basics" are what will bring you long lasting results.  I wish that I could have done as good a job as Isabel had done withe her program.

I felt so strongly that I took a couple of minutes away from the Olympics to record this short video.
