- Your program is designed specifically for you. After discussing your goals, I will take my time in creating the right program for you. Your specific goals, injuries and even limited access to fitness equipment are taken into consideration when creating our personalized program.

A. No. The program that I design for you can be done at your home with minimal equipment (depending on your goal) or you can do the program at your gym.
Q. Do you provide pictures and or descriptions of the exercises?
A. Yes. You'll soon learn the "lingo" but I will gladly help in making certain that you fully understand each exercise I give to you.
