So, how can you get started today?
You can begin to prepare for the contest by recording your "before" measures and photographs including:
  • Digital photos from the front, side, and back
  • Body weight
  • Skinfolds and body girths
  • Strength and endurance measures

She was concerned that her make-up wasn't done, and that she wasn't "prepped for the picture". My response to her and to you is this is exactly what we do.


I come to a clients home, often early in the morning before showering, make-up, etc., and we train. This is not some air-brushed, studio lighting, photo-shopped set up. This is 100% real!
