CrossFit Pasadena

I notice that many people find my site from doing a Google search for "CrossFit Pasadena".  I love CrossFit and have been doing it for a little over since 2008.  I also have my Level 1 Certification from CrossFit...but I do not conduct group classes in the CF format.  I was accepted as an affiliate of CrossFit, but did not renew my affiliation.

I use CrossFit techniques with my Boot Camp Pasadena clients, but include other techniques as well.

Wow, CrossFit has now grown a lot here in the Pasadena,CA area.

There is CrossFit 626 in South Pasadena.

Team CrossFit Academy in Monrovia is another CrossFit in the area its a great place to train at. Great Instructors and an amazing community to belong to. If you are near the Monrovia area they are the CrossFit to go to.

I've been to both CrossFit locations in Monrovia, and there are some distinct differences. Before settling at one I encourage people to visit both before committing. Either way you can't go wrong!
